About Us and Our Policies
Company Overview
Aussie Migration Services Pty Ltd is committed to providing professional migration assistance. We have been in operation since 2014 and during that time we have successfully assisted thousands of migrants from various countries, nationalities, occupations and religious groups. Our firm operates under clearly defined Terms and Conditions, ensuring transparency in our services while delineating the scope of our offerings.
The Australian Immigration Program
Australia is a nation enriched by its multicultural, multilingual, and multiethnic society, reflecting a diverse tapestry of languages and cultural backgrounds. It serves as a stable and secure environment, characterized by sound governance, adherence to the rule of law, robust educational and healthcare systems, merit-based professional opportunities, and a welcoming culture for new immigrants.
For Australians, migrants represent skilled workers, cherished family members, enthusiastic students, eager tourists, innovative entrepreneurs, and refugees seeking safety. While prospective immigrants aspire to integrate into Australian society, the country also benefits from their contributions in addressing demographic challenges, skill shortages, and enhancing cultural diversity.
Immigration is a fundamental aspect of Australia’s national narrative. Following World War II, the population grew from approximately 7 million to over 25 million by 2020, largely due to the effective administration of the Immigration Program, which plays a crucial role in nation-building. Efficient management of Immigration and Citizenship Programs is essential for safeguarding Australia’s sovereignty, promoting economic prosperity, and ensuring community safety.
Contrary to common misconceptions, Australia’s immigration laws are highly structured and intricate. The system is dynamic, with frequent changes reflected in over 3,000 pages of legislation and more than 20,000 pages of policy guidelines, marking it as one of the most complex legal frameworks in Australian law.
Over the past two decades, the complexity and stringency of Australia’s migration legislation have increased significantly, with the Executive and Senate regularly enacting a range of amendments. The Migration Act 1958 currently encompasses 88 visa classes, which are further divided into 147 distinct subclasses.
The Department of Home Affairs of the Commonwealth of Australia oversees Australian visas, immigration, citizenship, customs, and border protection. We invite you to explore how we can assist you in your journey to study, visit, live, work, invest, or conduct business in Australia.

ImmiAccount: Applying for an Australian Visa
ImmiAccount is the online portal through which most Australian visa and citizenship applications are processed by the Department of Home Affairs. Two types of accounts can be established: Individual and Organisation.
ImmiAccount provides access to various online services, including the ability to update application information, apply for bridging visas, modify passport details, and rectify inaccuracies in submitted applications.
Applicants or their agents can withdraw their visa applications prior to the department’s decision by submitting Form 1446 along with the applicant’s request. It is important to note that the application fees paid to the Department of Home Affairs are non-refundable.
VEVO Check: Verifying Visa Status
The Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) system enables employers, recruiters, visa holders, and education providers to verify the conditions associated with a visa holder’s status.
VEVO can only retrieve information if the visa holder’s details are registered in the system. Visa grants made prior to 1990 may not be recorded, particularly if the holder has not traveled internationally since. Government agencies can also utilize ImmiCards to verify immigration status in Australia.
Please be aware that Australian citizens possess unlimited rights to work and study in Australia, and this information is not accessible via VEVO.
