Subclass 191 Visa Document Checklist

For All Applicants:

  • Identity Documents:

    • Passport
    • Birth certificate
    • Proof of name change (e.g., marriage or divorce certificate)
  • Proof of Marital Status:

    • If you are or have been married, widowed, divorced, or permanently separated, provide:
      • Marriage certificates
      • Divorce documents
      • Death certificates
      • Separation documents or statutory declarations
  • Overseas Police Certificate:

    • From every country, including your home country, where you spent a total of 12 months or more in the last 10 years since you turned 16.
    • Include military service records or discharge papers if you served in the armed forces of any country.
  • Nominating Employer Authorization:

    • Documentation authorizing dependents to be included in employer sponsorship obligations.
  • Passport Size Photographs:

    • Recent passport-sized photos.

For Primary Applicant:

  • Academic Certificates and Transcripts:

    • All relevant qualifications.
  • Employment Reference Letters:

    • Evidence of payslips and employment history.
  • English Proficiency Test Results:

    • Results from tests such as IELTS, PTE Academic, TOEFL, or OET.
  • Professional Registration or License Certificates:
